Consequent upon acceptance of
declinations submitted by 4 (four) Postal Assistants for promotion to the cadre
of LSG A/Cs in Postal wing, the competent authority has been pleased to approve
the following 3 (three) Postal Assistants from the panel for regular promotion
to the cadre of LSG A/Cs in Postal wing in the scale of pay of 5200-20200 in
(PB-I) with Grade Pay of 2800/- from the date of assumption of
charge and allotted to the region as mentioned against their names.

The competent authority has been
further pleased to post the officials as shown above on their being allotted to
Headquartes region as noted below against their names. The officials should
join in their new place of posting within one month from the date of issue of
posting order failing which it will be presumed that the official
has declined the promotion. Declination, if any, submitted by the official
should be forwarded to C.O. by 05.04.2014 positively.

The officials may exercise their
option choosing the date of fixation of their pay under FR-22(1) (a) (i) within
a month from the date of promotion. The official already given financial
upgradation under MACPs scheme and drawing the scale of pay of 5200-20200/-
with grade pay of 2800/- are not eligible for benefit of fixation of pay by
virtue of their promotion.
Before giving promotion to the
approved officials it should be ensured that no disciplinary/vigilance case is
pending or current against them.
Relevant
charge reports may be sent to all concerned in due course.
This
issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
