implementation for counting of Training period (Prior to Posting)
towards drawing of increment.
Respected Sir,
This Circle Union wants to
draw the kind notice to the contents of the above Directorate letter
wherein clarification on the matter on the subject by the Directorate,
issued to Director of Accounts, Kerala Circle was annexed (DTE letter No
4-4/2008-PCC (Corr.) dated 14-10-2013). It has been clarified that “a
Government servant who has completed six months service including
training period (whether on remunerations or otherwise) as on Ist. July
will be eligible for increment”. This is applicable only in case of
direct recruits. The copies of above DTE letters are also sent herewith.
It is requested to kindly circulate the above clarifications to all concerns early for steady implementation.
