All Divisional Secretaries, Unit Secretaries & Circle Office Bearers of NFPE Wings, Odisha Circle.

Apropos to the call given by NJCA, Confederation of Central Govt. Employees & Workers and NFPE to go for Indefinite Strike in Ist. Week of March-2016 and to organize phase wise agitational programmes as detailed below against retrograde recommendations of 7 CPC, all the Circle Secretaries of NFPE Unions, Odisha Circle united in meeting held on 12-01-2016 for formulation of ways and means to make the programmes successful, culminating to Indefinite strike in First Week of March-2016.

1- To hold demonstrations on 30-12-2015 in front of all offices and to submit copy of the Charter of demands to head of offices for onward transmission to Cabinet Secretary. (This programme was organized by the Circle Unions and the Charter of demands were submitted to CPMG Odisha Circle on 30-12-2015)

2- To conduct three days Dharna at all State Capitals and Industrial Centres/Establishments on 19^th , 20^th & 21^st January 2016.

3- NJCA will meet on 8^th February 2016 to decide the date of commencement of Indefinite Strike.

Now, the programme No.2 ,i.e. to conduct 3 days Dharna programme at State Capitals from 19^th to 21^st January 2016 is infront of us and to make it total success. As this programme is given by NJCA, the programme will be well attended by all including AIRF, all constituents of Central Govt. Employees organisations, Odisha and NFPE Wings. The State COC of All Central Government Employees & Workers, Odisha has decided to hold 3 days Dharana programme near Rajbhawan, Bhubaneswar on the afore-said days. It has been unanimously resolved that the divisions under Berhampur Region should attend on the Ist. Day ( On dated 19-01-2016), the divisions under HQ Region should attend the 2^nd day (On dated 20-01-2016) programme and the divisions under Sambalpur Region should attend the 3^rd day (On dated 21-01-2016) programme to make the programmes a grand success. The Divisional Secretaries, unit secretaries and Circle Office Bearers of different wings of NFPE most attend the programme and each wing of NFPE Unions should be at least four from the divisions. Please attend the above Dharna programme to make it thundering Success to pressurize the Government to consider 26 Charter of demands placed by NJCA to Cabinet Secretary to remove the negative sides of 7CPC Recommendations.
