Sub-
Irregular deputation of staff in mass scale (30 PAs) on Sunday dated
29-11-2015 from Puri division for training on PLI/RPLI Mc Camish in
WCTC, CO, Bhubaneswar- strong protest on arranging such trainings
frequently on Sundays.
Ref- This Union’s letter of even number dated 26-11-2015 by E-mail.
Respected Sir,
On
the matter stated above, our letter under reference may kindly be
referred to wherein we have strongly protested against irregular
drafting of staff on Sundays & holidays to CO from the divisions
like Koraput,
Puri, Sundargarh, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Bhadrak, Kalahandi &
Phulbani for data cleansing/ data entry from dated 26-11-2015 to
30-11-2015 (Including Saturday & Sunday). Now we are in receipt of
information that order has been issued from CO through E-mail today
around 15 Hrs. to SSPOs Puri to send 30 numbers of PAs for above
training at WCTC,
CO, Bhubaneswar on 29-11-2015 (Sunday). The staff have already been
oppressed under CBS, are further victimised by the way of snatching away
their legitimate Sunday & holidays in the name of CIS and
arrangement of such frequent trainings have gone out of tolerance. The
arrangements are done in the last moments through E-mails also without
giving scope for lodging complaints in the presence of clear cut
instructions vide DTE letter No 16-56/2011-SR dated 08-07-2011 & letter No 08/15/2011-SR dated 09-01-2012.
This
is high time; to go deeply through these types of frequent orders
issued from Circle Office and to have a full stop to such orders to
maintain peace & tranquillity and to avert agitating mood of
employees.
