The Chief
Postmaster General, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar and the President, Circle Postal
Welfare Board is pleased to select the wards of the following officials
including Gramin Dak Sevaks for award of Departmental Scholarship (Technical
/ Non-technical) as detailed in the enclosed statement A, B, C, D & E for
the academic year 2012-13 subject to the further relevant verification of their
study.
The officials concerned may please
be informed the award of the scholarship specifically and their acceptance or
otherwise may be obtained in writing and forwarded to this office by their
controlling Divisions.
Further,
a declaration in Appendix - A (specimen copy enclosed) may be obtained from
these officials who choose to accept the scholarship and be forwarded to this
office so as to reach by 30.9.2013.
Non-receipt of acceptance letter and
declaration will entail cancellation of the scholarship and the officials may
be informed of this provision specifically.
Arrangement will be made for payment
of the scholarship for the year 2012-2013 on receipt of the reply along with Appendix-A.
The Appendix-A should be submitted
to C.O. through their Divisional head / Unit head (Not directly). Divisions
and unit heads should send the Appendix-A duly countersigned even if the same
has been submitted by the official after the due date.
