39 bienniel conference of AIPEU Gr-C Sambalpur Divn.

The 39th  bienniel  conference of AIPEU Gr-C Samabalpur was held at sambalpur HO on 23rd and 24th July 2016,having its open session on 24.07.2016.Dr Raseswari panigrahi Honable MLA Sambalpur inagurated the open session .Among other dignitaries PMG Sambalpur Col. Jaleswar Kanhar as Chief guest ,Sri B N Purohit SPOs Sambalpur,Sri Trilochanan Ray SSPO Sundargard,Sri Kamalendu Panda AD RO sambalpur attended the open session of the conference .

Com R C Mishra Circle Secy-Vice President CHQ was the chief speaker of the session.Com.Trilochan Parida President  AIPEU Gr-C Odisha and Com.Rajesh Bohidar Asst.Circle secy also attended the open session.

The conference was well conducted by the dynamic leadership of Com Pradeep Ku Satapathy with able supervision of Com Pradeep Rout President divisional union.

During  her inaugural speech  honable MLA madam expressed her support and solidarity to the entire postal fraternity and advised the employees to get their  legitimate demand related to pay commission and other issues by collective bargaining and continuous negotiation  .Chief guest Col.jaleswar Kanhar PMG samabalpur during his address inquired whether any offices were not supplied with basic computer infrastructure like printer ups etc etc and ordered the officer present their to cause supply of the requisite things soon.Circle secy Com R C Mishra elaborately described the issues related to pay commission and strike programme .

 

A new set of office bearer were unanimously selected with Com P C Rout,Com Pradeep and Com.Surendra ku Biswal as President,Secretary and treasurer.A mahila sub committee also formed with Com.Sangita Bhoi as chairperson.

The conference was ended with a vote of thanks by the reception committee.
