The transfer of the officials is subject to the following terms and conditions. 1.         The officials are not entitled to TA / TP. 2.             The seniority of the officials on joining duty in the new unit shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Rule-38 of P & T Manual Volume - IV.  3              The pay of the officials will be fixed under normal rules of fixation. 4.         The officials shall not claim for repatriation back to their parent units at a later date before completion of 5 years of service in the new unit. 5.         All other terms and conditions of Rule-38 transfer as amended from time to time shall be applicable to them.
