As intimated by the Directorate, the 14th
term of the All India Postal Sports Board is going to expire on 31st
March 2015 and a new Board is to be formed from 01.04.2015.
You are requested to recommend names of 03(Three) officials from your
Division / Unit having good Sports / cultural background to this
officealong with their Bio-data in the enclosed proforma positively by 10.02.2015. The existing members of the Board may not be recommended again.
The Divisonal Supdts. of Sambalpur & Berhampur Region should send
their nominations through the Regional offices with recommendations.
A
copy of letter & proforma sent by the Directorate is attached
herewith for your kind information & further necessary action.The
letter with format may kindly circulated widely in your respective
units.
This may kindly be treated as TOP PRIORITY.
