Sub- Disparity in payment to the PA induction trainees of Odisha Circle- training allowance is being paid to our trainees whereas payment of pay allowances to the trainees of West Bengal circle.
Respected Sir,
It has come to the notice of the union that the CPMG West Bengal Circle has issued order for payment of pay allowances to their PAs under induction training at PTC, Darabhanga recently and accordingly pay & allowances were being paid during their training period at Darabhanga. In this connection the order of CPMG, West Bengal circle bearing letter No Rectt/R-8/Direct-quota/2011-12 dated 13-06-2014 is annexed for favour of kind reference. After payment of such pay & allowances to West Bengal trainees, the payment of training allowances to the trainees of other circles were stopped. It has been told that Bihar Circle also paid the pay & allowances to their trainees.
The order of WB Circle at Para-3 clearly states about payment of pay allowances from the date of joining in in-house training and no question of stipend & allowance arise. Accordingly also the pay allowances to all induction trainees of WB Circle was paid including the induction training period.
On the circumstances stated above, as the selected candidates in the merit in our circle have been given with in-house training and appointment against the posts, it is requested to kindly cause payment of pay & allowances to all the induction trainees of Odisha circle to avoid disparity.
