Agenda
Closure of all old item within a prescribed time limit. It is observed by my service union that the divisional administration prefers a procrastination policy rather than going for a solution to the problem on the issue arise by my union. It is also felt that in respect of almost all items hypothetical replies i.e. "will be done", "is being examined"," under review" etc etc are received in the minutes given by the Divisional administration without taking any tangible action within a specific and prescribed time limit. This should be avoided.
Prescribed time limit and periodicity should be maintained by Divisional superintendent while intimation is served for monthly union meeting. It is almost one month observed that Divisional office took for servicing the minutes I/R/O Agenda submitted / discussed in monthly union meeting. On the contrary it asks, for submission of agenda within three days of receipt of intimation for union meeting to us. This should be avoided. prescribe time schedule may please be maintained while fixing meeting or calling items for discussion.
Transparency should be maintained while replying to some agenda raised by service union in monthly meeting and minutes submitted there after. This irrational policy of Division authority does not speak good quality of administration. My union strongly protests this and urges for non-recurrence of the same.
